Asheville Child Photographer – Ella and the Piano…
I can never get enough of sweet Ella. We’ve had our moments of tears during sessions – but, I think I have grown on her a bit…
I love my baby planners.

Newborn sweetness. Little Camden is so adored by his big brother and it’s easy to see why…

I love watching my kid clients grow up! I can’t believe Caroline is 2 already? I swear I just did her newborn session and yet – here we are. I loved all the eye-contact – not an easy task with this age.

Playing catch up on some blogging.
Right before the baby was born, my sister hosted a portrait party in Wilmington, NC. We had a blast and these kids were so adorable. I love the weather in Wilmington…. I think they only have a few months of real cold…nothing like the 70′s in October.

Okay, so I’ve dabbled in the past with Senior Portrait Photography… and I’ve always enjoyed it and wanted to pursue it further…. but, I’m a busy gal and with weddings, etc… it kinda fell to the side. I’m happy to report I will be back in to the Senior Market for 2012! With an enthusiastic vengeance.
Many more examples to come, but, let’s start with beautiful Rachel. She was a joy to work with and a genuine great girl! I wish her much luck in the future…

I loved this wedding for several reasons… I love the beach. I love September. And – I love my husband, Marc. All of these combined made for a fantastic day! Pam and Rob weren’t bothered by the (downpour) rain that decided to grace us the entire weekend. It was obvious that they were much more involved with each other to notice…
Venue: Coral Bay Club – Atlantic Beach, NC

Megan and Matt were married in Little Switzerland, NC…and if you haven’t been there – you are missing some of the best Mountain views in all of Western, NC.
I loved that Megan wanted to include several of her students (she’s a school teacher) in the wedding. Aren’t they the cutest kiddos?

Floral by: It Can Be Arranged

I do love yellow. It just makes me happy. Needless to say, I was giddy with Melisa and Graham’s choice of wedding color… This was a fun wedding.

He has captured my heart. This little baby, this gift from God. As many of you know, Marc and I have been on an adoption journey. We now have our “complete” family and I couldn’t be happier…or more busy.
I’m starting to come out of the baby fog and get back in to a routine and I have a lot to catch up on… in the next few weeks I will be finishing up some editing, but, more importantly, cuddling with the sweetest boys a mother could ask for.
I am so thankful. Thankful for this blessing. Thankful for patient clients (i love you guys). Thankful for a husband who pulls 100% for me….
I wanted to share a few images – (with the entire story of our adoption to come soon). Meet our sweet Evan. Born Oct. 26th – 6 pounds 3 ounces.

one minute old.
