I loved this wedding for several reasons… I love the beach. I love September. And – I love my husband, Marc. All of these combined made for a fantastic day! Megan and Matt were married in Little Switzerland, NC…and if you haven’t been there – you are missing some of the best Mountain views in all of Western, NC. I loved that Megan wanted to include several of her students (she’s a school teacher) in the wedding. Aren’t they the cutest kiddos?

One of my favorite weddings this year…. from the dress to the shoes… every detail was thought out. The reception was held at the Historic Salisbury Train Depot and Emily and Ben know how to throw a party. Special props to A Southern Soiree for pulling together the perfect wedding.

The rain didn’t bother Christina one bit…. talk about holding it together. It didn’t just rain, it hailed and I am pretty sure I’ve never been so wet working before…. Nevertheless, Marc and I enjoyed this wedding so much! There is something special about photographing family friends. I’ve known Christina since High School and it is so cool to see her and Tony so happy. Congrats to them both!
