Wilmington Child Photographer – Portrait Party Fun
Playing catch up on some blogging. Right before the baby was born, my sister hosted a portrait party in Wilmington, NC. We had a blast and these kids were so adorable. I love the weather in Wilmington…. I think they only have a few months of real cold…nothing like the 70′s in October.
Senior Portrait Photographer – Rachel
Okay, so I’ve dabbled in the past with Senior Portrait Photography… and I’ve always enjoyed it and wanted to pursue it further…. but, I’m a busy gal and with weddings, etc… it kinda fell to the side. I’m happy to report I will be back in to the Senior Market for 2012! With an enthusiastic vengeance. Many more examples to come, but, let’s start with beautiful Rachel. She was a joy to work with and a genuine great girl! I wish her much luck in the future…
A Baby Hiatus… :)
He has captured my heart. This little baby, this gift from God. As many of you know, Marc and I have been on an adoption journey. We now have our “complete” family and I couldn’t be happier…or more busy. I’m starting to come out of the baby fog and get back in to a routine and I have a lot to catch up on… in the next few weeks I will be finishing up some editing, but, more importantly, cuddling with the sweetest boys a mother could ask for.
I am so thankful. Thankful for this blessing. Thankful for patient clients (i love you guys). Thankful for a husband who pulls 100% for me….

Day in the Life Session – The McCarthy Family

Anyway, a few months ago, I had the pleasure of traveling to Savannah, Georgia for a very unique family session. I spent the entire day with this family and we had a blast!

I love little Evy! My dear friend came over for a mini-session with her and we had no issues with smiling! She is so cheesy… i wish it were always this easy. 
North Carolina Newborn Photographer – Did someone say baby?
So… if you read my blog, you might think I’ve fallen off the face of the earth. Honestly, wedding season has kicked in full speed and I’ve been focused on work. Sadly, my poor blog is neglected, yet again…. I’m going to merge a few sessions in to one in an attempt to catch up!
Please welcome the following newborns in to this world: Kate (my gorgeous niece), Ashe, Ally, and Colton. These sessions were within the past month…. Sweet babies and two of them – redheads! I love it!!!

Horses…
This was a really cool session. Buna asked if I would be up for doing a shoot that included horses… um, yes. She is preparing for a show later this year and needed photos for her advertising.
Despite suffering from countless bug bites… I thoroughly enjoyed this session. Aren’t these horses beautiful?
