Hampton – newborn session
I think this little guy must have been born smiling! He was such a sweetheart to photograph and he kept giving us those precious little newborn smiles…. you know how they last just a second, but they are so adorable? I just loved him! Here are just a few from last week…

i love these mommy moments!

Bringing home baby…
A personal session for a dear friend… Jerri.
Evy is absolutely beautiful! I am so glad I met her while she is still so tiny! All my best to the family and their newest member!

Sweet Stephen – 4 days
You may remember my maternity session for Latisha a few weeks back… well, baby Stephen is here and home from the hospital. I love shooting newborn sessions when the babies are so fresh and new. Stephen is 4 days old and sleepy just like I love them! I think he only cried once during our session and that was due to a diaper change.
Enjoy the sneak peek!

i love mommy moments…

Awww … thanks!
Excuse the sorry image scan, but this was too sweet not to share!

Here is the original image…. too sweet!

and a few more from our session…. I didn’t get a chance to blog this little one last year…

Maternity Session…baby soon to arrive :)
Okay, so what’s up with all you skinny preggos? Seriously. I wish I carried the way you can…I was more like a beached whale… On Wednesday, I shot this beautiful maternity session and then on Thursday I had lunch with my pregnant friend who also was amazing in appearance. Darn.
Oh well.
Latisha, you are absolutely gorgeous! I had a great time meeting you and can’t wait for our newborn session!

i don’t think the “current” baby of the house liked me?
Gage – 3 months
Oh no…this little man is so cute! Warning!
I just love watching babies grow…it goes by too fast! Gage is 3 months and developing quite the personality! I just adore his big blue eyes. So precious. Julie- he is going to be such a looker!
The first couple of images…he was all about eye contact, but, I couldn’t get a good smile…

this is more like it!

Welcoming Bennett
I don’t know why it’s taken me so long to post these pictures? Perhaps, because it is of my nephew and I can’t pick a favorite…or maybe it’s due to the fact that I’ve been to Wilmington twice since his birth and I’ve been away from my office? Whatever the reason, I am finally posting pics of the cutest little man and the new love in my life, Bennett.
I was with my sister from the moment she was checked in the hospital. What an amazing event to photograph and I was honored to be a part of it. I wish I could describe the emotions…I just can’t. Here are a few from the hospital and then a few from his session at home.
I JUST LOVE HIM. Jenny- can’t wait to see him in a week!!!

I love this pic! Travis loves to surf! In fact, he went surfing just a few days after Bennett’s birth…

I can’t believe how alert he is right after birth! He was 20 minutes old here.

and he’s home! I love the coming home outfit!! My boys wore it too!!!

Jen used this shot below for her Christmas card.

Thanks for looking!!!
Rolls and a little real life.
These two are the cutest cousins! Look how big Jessica is getting? 6 months…wow, time flies. And little man Gage is 3 weeks already? He is so alert! You know I love you girls! I had such a fun weekend! Thanks for the visit. Sarah…has she cut a tooth yet?

Baby Gage is here.
Our dear friends, Julie and Chris, had their baby last week and he’s the sweetest guy! It gets me so much more excited for my nephew’s arrival!
Julie surprised me with a super cool hairstyle on Gage and I was tickled… a faux hawk! Gotta love it!
Here are just a few teasers. I’m also including some maternity we shot at my house just a few weeks before. Julie- I can’t wait to start up our “Lost” nights again! Hopefully, Gage is sleeping through the night by then…:)

Lilliana… six months!
Can you say cute? OMG… what is it with all this amazing 6 monthers lately?
Lilliana, you are too much for words! I love all the expressions! and Liz… you are so talented. Liz crotcheted this hat herself…and made the tutu. Talk about a photographer’s dream. In fact, I asked Liz to make some hats for me… I will so use them on future shoots.
If you would like a hat of your own…send me an e-mail and I will hook you up with this talented lady!
