I love watching my kid clients grow up! I can’t believe Caroline is 2 already? I swear I just did her newborn session and yet – here we are. I loved all the eye-contact – not an easy task with this age.

Playing catch up on some blogging. Right before the baby was born, my sister hosted a portrait party in Wilmington, NC. We had a blast and these kids were so adorable. I love the weather in Wilmington…. I think they only have a few months of real cold…nothing like the 70′s in October.

Megan and Matt were married in Little Switzerland, NC…and if you haven’t been there – you are missing some of the best Mountain views in all of Western, NC. I loved that Megan wanted to include several of her students (she’s a school teacher) in the wedding. Aren’t they the cutest kiddos?

I could just eat this little guy up! He was a constant smiler and a joy to photograph. We started out in the studio and then went outside to wrap the session. Sweet little Marek is one year.

Day in the Life Session – The McCarthy Family

Once again, I find myself trying to catch up on my blog. I have a feeling I’m going to post like crazy today – so watch out! lol. Anyway, a few months ago, I had the pleasure of traveling to Savannah, Georgia for a very unique family session. I spent the entire day with this family and we had a blast!

~ Day in the Life sessions are some of my favorite sessions to photograph. I’m there all day…lunch, nap, play time, etc… and I document everything.

I swear I feel like I just took Sam’s newborn photos. I love when they start to get those adorable baby rolls… chunky and sweet as can be! Sam smiled the entire session and his sister revealed that personality that I love to photograph… I loved having them in the studio.
