Welcoming Bennett
I don’t know why it’s taken me so long to post these pictures? Perhaps, because it is of my nephew and I can’t pick a favorite…or maybe it’s due to the fact that I’ve been to Wilmington twice since his birth and I’ve been away from my office? Whatever the reason, I am finally posting pics of the cutest little man and the new love in my life, Bennett.
I was with my sister from the moment she was checked in the hospital. What an amazing event to photograph and I was honored to be a part of it. I wish I could describe the emotions…I just can’t. Here are a few from the hospital and then a few from his session at home.
I JUST LOVE HIM. Jenny- can’t wait to see him in a week!!!

I love this pic! Travis loves to surf! In fact, he went surfing just a few days after Bennett’s birth…

I can’t believe how alert he is right after birth! He was 20 minutes old here.

and he’s home! I love the coming home outfit!! My boys wore it too!!!

Jen used this shot below for her Christmas card.

Thanks for looking!!!
Fun and Fresh Wedding Photography!
I just adored this couple. Wanted to share a recent slideshow. This is about as fun as they come!

so many families!
I am sharing a quick sneak peek for the Lytle Family. Proofs to come soon! I have so much to edit in time for Christmas deadlines, so my blog has been neglected…. I will post more, promise.
I love when I get a chance to shoot these boys! They are so much fun and full of energy!

ummmm… this is too funny
ECU Football Engagement session
Okay, so it’s been awhile since my last post. Soooo much has happened. We ended up selling our home (yeah) and buying another one. We’ll be moving right at Christmas…. my favorite time of the year. I hope the boys adjust well? I’m sure Santa will find them.
My sister had her baby, little man Bennett. I was with her for over a week helping out as much as I could. More on that and plenty of pics to come in another post.
On my way home I managed to squeeze in a fantastic engagement session. I met Meg at a wedding I was shooting this summer. I was so happy when she booked me for her big day!
Meg and Chris are huge ECU football fans! What better way to celebrate their engagement than to shoot at the stadium! I’ve never visited the campus and it was a lot of fun! I especially loved the columns near the library that play music when you walk through them…. I really couldn’t get enough… I’m sure I looked like a dork going back and forth just so I could hear the bells.
Meg and Chris- great seeing you both! I’m looking forward to next August!

mommy
I cracked up when I saw this. This is my life. My boys come in to my room every morning and this is all i hear. love it!
just my kiddos…
This Halloween was so much fun! I love that my kids were both in to it this year! Owen was in full vampire attire with the personality to match and Cole was a cute pirate with attitude. Gotta love it! We had fun with the Revis family and went trick-or-treating around downtown Marion. I am so glad the rain decided to let up. Although, I don’t think it would have kept away the crowd of kids on our street. Anyway, here are a few pics from the fun:

Griffin – 2 years
Okay, so I love my clients! It’s been such a joy watching little Griffin grow up! I can’t believe he’s two…
What’s even more awesome is that his mommy drove all the way up from Atlanta for our session. It was so great to take photos in my town. We went so many places and had a blast. I learned that Griffin has a thing for “the guys” aka: construction workers….he thinks they are awesome! What is it about boys?
Matt and Candy, thank you so much for coming all this way…. I am so glad I was able to photograph Griffin again… All my best!
this first shot is perfect! Griffin isn’t always about big smiles…but, those eyes are amazing!

such amazing light…you wouldn’t know it was raining on us….

3 different sides of Griffin…
Keisha and Mike… married! – Asheville, NC
It only took them forever to figure it out and date each other! These two have been mutual friends with us for years. I loved that I was able to photograph the wedding. What a fun and…freezing day it was! Seriously, it was so cold! Oh…and there was rain. Okay, so not the most ideal outdoor wedding, but as soon as Keisha walked down the aisle, I don’t think anyone noticed…
Homewood is always a beautiful backdrop for pictures, but I think we were all pretty happy to go to Coleman Place and warm up afterward! What a fun party too! This wedding was a wonderful way to wrap up wedding season!

Rolls and a little real life.
These two are the cutest cousins! Look how big Jessica is getting? 6 months…wow, time flies. And little man Gage is 3 weeks already? He is so alert! You know I love you girls! I had such a fun weekend! Thanks for the visit. Sarah…has she cut a tooth yet?
